CMRF WB Nabanna Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
Students must have to fulfil the following eligibility guidelines for applying the Chief Minister Nabanna Scholarship scheme in West Bengal. The eligibility criteria for Nabanna Scholarship is given below.
Resident
Students must be permanent residents of West Bengal, then he/she can apply for this scholarship. Only a permanent resident of WB can apply for Nabanna Scholarship 2024. At the time of Application, a Residential Certificate will require.
Course Details
Candidates must be passed the last examination from any recognized Board, Council or the University of West Bengal. And must currently study at any Institution in West Bengal.
Percentage Require

Annual Family Income
The annual family income of the applicant’s is not exceeding Rs. 1,20,000/-. Candidates having more annual family income than this limit, cannot apply for Nabanna Scholarship.
Students who are eligible for the Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means Scholarship, aren’t eligible for CM Relief Fund Scholarship.
Other Criteria
Students who are enjoying any other State government or Central Government Scholarship are not eligible for this scholarship scheme.

Online Applicant Signup for Nabanna Scholarship
Now candidate have to signup himself/herself on the West Bengal Chief Minister Relief Fund website using their mobile number. At first enter you mobile number and then verify it using OTP sent to your phone. Then create a password for and then click on the Signup button. After completing the signup, login with your same mobile number and password.
Enter Basic Information for the Scholarship
After login you have to fill the online application form for Nabanna scholarship 2024. At first fill some Basic Information like, Name, Guardian’s Name, Age, Class 10th Roll Number, Address, Caste, Monthly Income and Name of the MP/MLA of your area. Then click on the Submit button.
You will get a system generated Application Number for your Nabanna Scholarship. The same application number also sent to your phone through SMS.
Fill the Educational Qualification details
Now you have to enter your educational qualification details and bank account details on the cmrf.wb.gov.in website. Provide your present course details like- course name, university/council name, institution name. Then enter your previous qualifying exam details and its percentage of marks. Enter your Bank name, Account Number and IFSC Code for payment.
Upload required documents and final submit
This is the last step of application for West Bengal Chief Minister Nabanna Scholarship scheme. In this page, you have to upload the following documents’ scanned copies under 500kb size.

Selection Process for CM Scholarship Scheme

Hello Bangshi, you can not use the Income certificate to apply for Nabanna Scholarship. Income certificate issued by any Gazatted officer valid one financial year. So, your existing Income certificate expired on 31st March 2021. You have to apply for a new certificate.

As, outside Nabanna there is a long queue to submit the application form and they will receive a receipt when submitted there application.
